# Enrich Event Attendee Lists for Post-Event Follow-Up

Event badge scans give you name and company, but no job title, email, or tech stack for targeting.

## When to use this skill

- The user wants to set up or run this workflow: "Enrich Event Attendee Lists for Post-Event Follow-Up".
- The user describes this problem: Event badge scans give you name and company, but no job title, email, or tech stack for targeting.

## At a glance

- Category: Outbound
- Difficulty: Beginner
- Time saved: 6 hours per week. This figure is an estimate, not a measured result.

## Tools

Options separated by "or" are alternatives; use whichever the user already has.

- Clay
- Apollo
- HubSpot

## Steps

1. Export event attendee list to CSV (name, company)
2. Import to Clay and use Apollo enrichment for email and title
3. Add Clay waterfall for phone number (Apollo > RocketReach fallback)
4. Use Claygent to check if they follow your company on LinkedIn
5. Push enriched list to HubSpot and tag with event name

## Template outline

Field names, thresholds, and message text are starting points to adapt.

~~~text
Clay Table:
- Import: CSV with Name, Company columns
- Apollo enrichment: Find work email and title
- Waterfall: Phone (Apollo > RocketReach)
- Claygent: Check if LinkedIn profile follows your company page
- HubSpot write-back: Create or update contact, add to list "Event: {{event_name}}"
~~~

## Guardrails

- Work only in the user's own accounts and workspaces, with their credentials.
- Confirm with the user before any step that writes to a CRM, sends email or messages, spends credits, or moves money.
- Treat every hours, cost, and threshold figure as a starting assumption and replace it with the user's numbers.
- Do not invent data, prices, or results. If a vendor price matters, check the vendor's current pricing page.
